July 12-25 at the Waseda Seminar House in Kamogawa, Chiba Prefecture

Our group of 60 students will spend their first two weeks living and studying at the beautiful Waseda Kamogawa Seminar House near the seaside resort of Kamogawa just two hours south of Tokyo on the Pacific Coast. During their free time, students can visit Sea World , go surfing, relax on the beach, shop in town or just hike local trails. Delicious, authentic Japanese cuisine will be served daily in the communal dining room and the splendid in-house Japanese baths are available every evening.

July 26-August 25 at the Nishi-waseda (main) campus in Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo

Waseda is located in the Shinjuku ward of central Tokyo, and Summer Program students live in the New International Student Dormitory (opening June 2008) adjacent to campus. Shopping, museums, the Yamanote JR Line, nightlife and wonderful restaurants are all nearby.
